Welcome.

I feel so blessed that you have chosen to explore my life coaching and wellness page. First off, I would like to acknowledge YOU in realizing that YOU are in search for something different. I honor you and hope that the information you find here will help you in your journey towards purpose and passion.

I will start off by telling you that I too was once searching for purpose and “more” for my life. In 2019 my world seemed to fall apart around me. My marriage, my career, my mental health, were all in jeopardy.

I realized I needed to do some inner work in order to see my life with more clarity. It was at that moment that I reached out to counsellors, coaches and close friends and started to heal my past so that I could move forward in life without that past controlling everything in my world.

Throughout that journey of healing, I decided to do a little research in to Life Coaching and I soon realized that this was what I was meant to do! The Jay Shetty Certification School really resonated with me and I enrolled in the program in July of 2020. In 9 months, I completed the program, and much like with the birth of a newborn, I felt as if I was reborn into a completely different person!

Now after certifying with the school, I embark on the next phase of my journey which is creating my own movement towards helping others. I want to be of service to YOU. YOU matter and so does your dreams, goals, life plans. So many of us have these Big Goals or Dreams yet, we don’t know where to start to act towards reaching them!

That’s where I step in. I am here to guide and encourage you to begin to take those small steps towards your BIG actions!!

It could be:

Creating a more effective routine to help you stay focused day to day.
Digging deep into the past to uncover limiting beliefs that are affecting you today!
Discussing exactly what is important to you and how shifting the perspective will help you.

It is never too late to go after that Dream! Sometimes you just need a little help!
